All products, including services rendered, courses and other digital products which are downloadable are not eligible for return.
Purchase of Services Policy
By purchasing a date and time for a reading, including but not limited to Foundational Readings, Solar Return Readings, Level 2 Readings, and Life Purpose readings, the client acknowledges that the reading is a time-sensitive service that requires the company, The Wild Pixel LLC, to reserve specific time and resources for the client. The time and date of the service will be scheduled by the client within 24 hours of purchase.
Guarantee for HD readers course:
If you’re not satisfied and aligned with the program for any reason, email us at [email protected] within 14 days of starting the program (January 30th, 2024), and we’ll refund you in full. No questions asked, no explanation needed.
Once a reading has been scheduled and confirmed, there will be no refunds or cancellations if the client fails to show up for the appointment, except in the following circumstances:
Death or serious illness of the client or an immediate family member.
Natural disasters or other events beyond the control of the client or The Wild Pixel LLC that prevent the reading from taking place.
If Company, The Wild Pixel LLC, needs to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, Company reserves the right to reschedule the reading no more than once, at its discretion. The client will be notified of options for the rescheduled date and time, and may request additional time options for rescheduling if necessary, subject to availability.
By purchasing a reading, the client agrees to these terms and conditions and acknowledges that failure to comply may result in the forfeiture of the reading without refund, except in the circumstances outlined above.
Your Communications
Any communications made through Our blog, blog comments, newsletter sign up or other related pages, or directly to Our phones or mailing or email addresses is not held privileged or confidential and is subject to viewing and distribution by third parties.
